Most of the narratives are not truly reflective of a much needed systemic change as outlined by CEO Rik Ganderton. I applaud his insight. Unfortunately, the biggest barriers to recalibrating our health care system is to change it from a non inclusive system to a more even balance with diverse non- government entities. Secondly, the most striking barrier is the over whelming support our current system gets from the public as being the only and best game in town. Those same Joe Public are looking for more within the government umbrella not necessarily efficiency gains.
